You can view information regarding STUN GUN LAWS HERE. While we attempt to keep the stun gun laws and information page up to date, we cannot guarantee that there haven't been changes to laws in your city, state or country at the time your are purchasing stun guns from this website.
Important Note: At the present time, OMEGA will only be sold to persons within the United States. Since the September 11 attacks, airlines will not allow self-defense products to be transported aboard airplanes.
Before you purchase OMEGA products, we must first explain our Terms & Conditions for the sale of OMEGA products.
- The following is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Protection Against Crime only guarantees that each unit conforms to its standard quality. Protection Against Crime shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use this product. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or lack of reasonable care.
- You must understand that using this device or its substance for any purpose other than self-defense is a felony under Federal Law!
- OMEGA products will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18 years. Therefore, you must agree that you are over the age of 18 years.
- OMEGA products will not be sold to existing felons, or anyone who is currently charged with a felony by any Local, State, or Federal Law Enforcement agency. Therefore, you must agree that you are not a felon, and that you are not currently charged with any felony counts against you by any Law Enforcement agency or division.
